Designers Candy will provide packing and shipping as a service to our customers. Shipping will be arranged with one of our preferred carriers.
Transit insurance will be taken out by Designers Candy upon booking of delivery. To ensure that your goods are fully covered for any accidental damage or breakages that may occur during the delivery process.
Please make sure that before signing for receipt of the delivery you unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. Please take photos of the fault or damaged goods and notify Designers Candy within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by phone on 09 972 9204 or email firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of damage.
If you cannot inspect the product please do not sign for it with your signature but write on the delivery note that it has been delivered without inspection 'STI'. If you sign and the goods are damaged it will void the insurance and you may not be able to claim a replacement piece.
